trying to take less pain med after a motorcycle crash my RLS has returned with a vengeance and I still have a great deal of pain. My therapist let me try tramadol150mg but let me know I would have to get refills from my GP who wrote pain meds. I experimented with 300mg and found pain and rls relief. Valid?

Hi
I read your query and would like to say that the dose should be sufficient to relief the pain.
However if you don't feel relief you may raise the dose to 300 mg.
Hope i answered to your query.
