Is A Lower Dose Version Of The Mirena Available?

I had a Mirena fitted 14mths ago and all great from a period point of view but the side effects are awful - it has increased sebum production so I have painful, cyst type spots on my face and pubic area and my contact lenses cloud over so I can't see anything. Is there a lower dose version of mirena or can I take a low dose of something to reduce sebum production. I am reluctant to have mirena removed because I used to bleed constantly and no pill would work and MIrena is the only thing that has worked for me but I don't want to live with spots that are not only awful to look at but are so painful and also I love my contact lenses and don't want to have to wear glasses now because of this. Please help
