Is A Lump Encircled By Redness On The Clavicle Malignant?

I’m a healthy 66 yr old female who has a suspicious bump with white center surrounded by redness, 1/2 millimeter in size, about 1/2 “ below my right clavicle. I’m interested in seeing pictures of pre-cancerous spots to see if it is anything to be concerned with. I do not identify this as a mole. First noticed middle of December & has grown since.
