Hard Bone Under Clavicle, Painless Lump. Lymph Nodes?

I have a hard bone like lump under my clavical close to sternum. The lump is painless and doesn t move. I found the lump a few weeks ago. I have seen 2 physicians one suggested the lump was a cyst and referred me to a surgeon. The surgeon believes this lump is bone. Are there lymph nodes in the described area? Do I have reason to be concerned?
