Is A Painful Bump In The Bunion Area A Symptom Of Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy?
Do you understand Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy? If so- can a bump on the Bunion area of a foot cause symptoms of gout but rather be do to an RSD flare up caused by the bump on the foot ? Pain throbed like gout for 2 days, but now feels more like an RSD burning in BOTH feet . Any ideas ?
I had gone through your question and understand your concern
“As” per your question I may say that it is not due to [Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy] so in my opinion do a X-ray examination of foot and ask your doctor what is [HVA and IMA]angel? Start treatment in conservative way by changing your shoes, if required do not use boots for one month and use only plain shoes. Keep your foot on warm water for 30 mins do it 3-4 times a day.If within one month pain dose not go away then we can think about a minor surgical option.
So nothing to be worried at all
Hope that helps
