Is A Pea-sized Lump In Front Of The Ear A Cause For Concern?
Halo i have pea sized lump in front of my ear. I think its in preaulicular area, its not visible, but if i touch it it feels pea sized lump. Its not hurt, ita soft. And its been for a month now. I dont have any infection. I just have a little acne in my earlobe. Its is dangerous?
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns. I hope I have answered your query. This is not a cause for concern since in most cases this represents just a benign subcutaneous lesion such as fibroma, ateroma or lipoma and these can be excised by a surgeon so you should see if someone is available in your place. Some more serious issues are very rare and you should not be afraid if there is no rapid growth or redness around it. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
