Is A Penis Of 1 Inch In A Teenager A Concern?

my brother is 15 years old studying 10 th.the problem is about pennis from birth to 10 years his pennis is normal length after 10 years that is last 5 years his pennis too short just 1 or 1.5 cm we r all worrying about that because in future i think any problem to get a child pls clarifying my doubt and explain what remedy for this and which doctor to consult this problem thank you

Penis length of 1.5 to 2 inches when erect should be considered normal and does not matter much in future.
Although it appears short, length or size of the penis has nothing to do with fertility or sexual performance.
Also, there are no medicines available which will help in lengthen the length of penis. Hence, do not spend money on such medications as being advertised.
All your brother needs is reassurance to build his confidence levels.
