Is A Poorly Defined Endometrial Stripe Along With An Enlarged Uterus Something To Worry About?

My endomitria strip is poorly defined with thickness of about 19 mm . I have n enlarged Uterus measures about 12.6 cm in length, 7.5 cm AP diameter and 9.6 cm transversely with volume of about 475 ml. What does this mean? I am 50 years old pre menopause. Regular periods, no heavy bleeding.
