Is A Possible Scratch On Foot By A Dog A Cause For Concern?

sir i bumped into a dog which was sleeping on the side of the road in night .... it simply ran away.... however i have been anxious whether it scratched me or not for past 5 days... when i returned to my home that day i applied dettol to my feet so as to ascertain if by chance it had scratced me but i did not feel any symptoms associated with applying of dettol on scratches and cuts... nor was there any sign of any scratch or bite marks .... still i have been very worried since past 5 days... . should i be worried sir...
