Is A Scratch Mark On Skin By A Domestic Dog A Cause For Concern?
I have a 2 month old puppy American pointer It accidentally scratched my mother while playing. It has given a small scratch on my mothers wrist. They don t play outside and are always inside the house but keeps playing with a Labrador who is 1.5 month old and they bite each other . Should I go for anti rabbies or anti tetanus injections?

I have gone through your query. Scratch with out bleeding usually safe but better to take anti rabies vaccine first 3 dose which is covered in 10 days time. Within that time if your dog is with out any symptoms then you can skip the other doses. Also wash the scratched area thoroughly with soap and water.
