Is A Second Dose Of Alepam Advisable In A Day?

I am 78yrs and have been prescribed CitalopramAN Tab 20gms for a week trial For a sleeping problem and habit and take one in the morning also Alepam 15 oxazepam 15 before bed. This is my 2nd day This moring I took Alepam by mistake. My sleeping patern before was bed 6pm u at 12pm-1am. My q is How will this effect me and should I still take my 1tbcitalopram . Please. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
