Is A Small Bump On Head With Headache Post A Hit A Cause For Concern?

Hello I hit my head on the door frame toy bedroom getting ready for bed around 12:55am and it is now 01:30am and I have a bump coming but a little bit of a headache and I was wondering if it s okay for me to go to sleep or is that dangerous as I don t want to go to the hospital either of I need to I just want to go to sleep is that okay ?

Did you had any nasal or ear bleed post the hit or had any vomiting or disturbance in vision post the hit.
If the answer to any one of the above mentioned query is yes then a scan of brain might be needed to rule out any internal bleed.
OTHERWISE JUST A PLAIN ANALGESIC LIKE CROCIN WILL BE ADEQUATE.
