Is A Small Cut On The Testicle A Concern?

Hello sir I am 18 and today while cutting hair under my penis I got a light cut on my testicile. After the cut my penis got smaller (may be because I was in high tension). Just want to know do I need to be worried or to consult a doctor. The cut was very light but my penis got smaller and skinny after that.

cut on testicles is very small.. so no need to worry.. but you avoid intercourse till cut heals.. and..maintaining hygiene.. and keep an eye on it.. if it does not resolve or any infection occur than seek doctor..
