Is A Small Dark Itchy Mole Malignant?

I have a small dark mole that I accidentally scratched and a little bit of blood came out. Now I m concerned that it might have been a cancerous mole. I have no pain and it s not bleeding at all anymore. Should I be worried or have the doctor look at it.

It would be impossible for anyone to advise you that it is fine without seeing the mole.

In short, moles can bleed, especially when irritated.

Moles that have changed, are irregularly shaped, have color variations, or have irregular borders are all signs of a possible melanoma.
