Is A Small, Hard Blockage In Scrotum Post Treatment For Epididmytis A Cause For Concern?

I have what was diagnosed as epididmytis. I have been on antibiotics for 15 days most of the pain has subsided but I still have what feels to be a small hard blockage in one of the tubes. It s towards the top of the scrotum and feels as if there s some squishy pus or something around it. Should that be gone by now if the diagnoses was correct?

Hello sir and welcome. The blockage could just be an inflammation which should have subsided by now. If you have ejaculated off late, and there was no pain while doing so then there is nothing to be worried about.

A 15 day course should have sufficed, but may be we can take the antibiotics for a while longer. The lump you have experienced also matches the diagnosis and I feel just a prolonged course of antibiotics should suffice sir.

Best wishes.
