Is A Small, Skin Color Bump On The Back Of Both Hands A Cause Of Concern?

So I have a small, almost skin color bump on the back of both my hands. One on each and around the same place. They are not painful or itchy and are raised just barely above the rest of the skin. Need I be concerned? I do not remember seeing them prior to this morning.

Hi
it may be lipoma or some bone protrusion, a X-ray will be able to diagnose if there is any bony abnormality
if the problem persists for a long time, then please consult a skin specialist or orthopedic doctor
