Is A Soft Bump On Head Of An Infant Post A Fall A Cause For Concern?

my one year old daughter fall from our bed this morning. she cries a lot and after 15-20 mins she already want to sleep. she vomit a little. and ahe fell aseep when she awakes she plays, walk and laugh . we even went to the mall like nothings happen.it worries me that she have a soft bump in the right side of her head. i dont know what to think and to do! please help me.

Don't worry, hopefully she will be ok. For you its very important to keep her under observation. If she vomits again or have fever or anything that bothers you take her to ER. The spot will self resolve. If it won't fade away or you feel unsatisfied you can consult a paediatrician.
