General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The presence of feces in the vagina may be due to a fistula that connects the bowel with the vagina.
A good gynecological examination will be able to identify the presence of the fistula and you may need to have surgery to close it. There is no need for emergency action but it is good to have a doctor's appointment and have it checked.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
