Is A Soft String Like Object Stuck In Uterus Wall A Concern?
What is my medical issue? It was last night that my boyfriend had been finger penetrating my vagina when during this penetration he shockingly felt a soft string like object stuck along my uterus wall as he pulled it down in concern it was a left behind string from a tampon he visioned in shock feces like substance that had a mild odor that also smelt like poop. Please explain what this may be and if it is a medical issue thats needs emergency actions
The presence of feces in the vagina may be due to a fistula that connects the bowel with the vagina. A good gynecological examination will be able to identify the presence of the fistula and you may need to have surgery to close it. There is no need for emergency action but it is good to have a doctor's appointment and have it checked.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
