Is A Swelling In Right Arm A Symptom Of Blood Clot?

I have swelling in my right arm that started at the vein in the bend of the elbow, the one they use to get blood. It got bigger and formed hard lumps both below the elbow and above. It seems like it moves around. What worries me is that it may be blot clots. What do you think?

it appears to be thrombophlebitis.may be thereis a blood clot. you have to take blood thinner.like ecosprin and anticoagulant. it should not dislodge and as a clot cause embolism in lungs.
