General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The bleeding in post menopausal women should always be investigated with dilatation and curratge material or emdometrial biopsy.

This should be done to rule out endometrial carcinoma.

The cancer can be excluded only after histopathology examination.

So I will agree to investigate with endometrial biopsy for histopathology examination.

Hope this will help you.
