Is A Yellow Bruise In The Lower Abdomen Due To Internal Bleeding?

I noticed this bruise on my boyfriend 4 days ago. The yellowing around the bruise is very faint. Its on his lower abdomen and he does have belly fat. He doesn t remeber hurting himself or anything like that, it does not hurt or feel tender to him, I ran my hands across it and it does not feel raised, but the coloring is throwing me off and I am concerned that it could be internal bleeding but I wanted to get a second opinion before we take a trip to the hospital. Thank you in advance!

hello,
i can understand your concern for your boyfriend.
Donot worry about the bruise. he must have accidentally got hit or something. since its obvious small ,it dint hurt him much.
internal bleeding donot present this way, it just a superficial thing which will go on its own in a few days.
you should consult the ER, if its hurting, increasing in size or you observe a swelling or tenderness over the area.
rest assured it is not a serious thing.
