Is Abdominal Discomfort During Menstruation A Concern?

I had insterted a tampon a few days ago. I think I might have accidentally forgot to take it out. I m still in my period and I tried looking for it and I can t feel anything. I m bleeding as normal and I m having a little abdomen discomfort should I be concerned? If its stuck what should I do?

please look for the tampon properly it cannot go very far.
wear gloves wash your hand and external genitalia with soap.Use something for lubrication like soframycin on your finger.
place once leg on small stool or toilet seat ,bend a little and sweep your finger along the vaginal wall.
vagina is like a blind sac with cervix protruding into it.
feel around the cervix .
opening of cervix is too small for a tampon.
If you still have doubt about the tampon or you develope foul vaginal smell or irritation.
Consult a doctor for per speculum examination.
Be careful next time.
