Is Abdominal Pain A Sign Of Pregnancy?

.doctor my name is akshay ... I had an intercourse wit a gal before 23 days..... I used 3 condoms but at last um nt sure that condoms got opened or not and thng is girl is having missed periods and um tensed is that pregnancy. .. but till nw there are no nausea vomitings mng sickness . Tenderness in breasts... but she went ti hospital about missing periods after 15 intecourse she had tSh t4 test ... so doc gave regestrone tab .... and nw afta using them shes getting abdominal cramps I mean stomach ache.... is this pregnancy.... plzzzz sag me dic um reall tensed... :(
