Is Abdominal Pulling Sensation During Ovulation Indicative Of Pregnancy?

I ve had ovulation cramps yesterday and before they started I felt a strange pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. It lasted only minutes but the cramps lasted for the rest of the evening.. how long do I ovulate and what do you think the pulling sensation was? Also I am trying to conceive ☺️

Hi,

Ovulation happens on the 14th day of your 28 days cycle (calculate from the first day of your menstrual cycle). It's usually characterized by excess white discharge, increase in body temperature and at times lower abdominal cramps which is absolutely normal. You can plan for pregnancy on the 13th, 15th, 17th and 19th day from the first day of your last menstrual cycle.
