Hi I have recently been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries through having a scan, I am now waiting to c a consultant but I have abnormal smelling discharge but have had swabs etc that have come back normal so I am unsure on whether it is connected with pco

PCO have no relation with smelling discharge.
PCO is when ovaries are with multiple cysts seen in ultrasound examination.
Smelling discharge is from bacterial infection or bacterial vaginosis.
Type of bacteria will be determined by swab.
