Hello dear
Understand your concern
There are two types of antibodies:
Ig M-it is present in active infections.
Ig G- suggests you have immunity against specific disease.
So do not worry, your Ig M is negative means no active infections.
Ig G is positive suggests you had past infection and you get immunity against infection. So it is not harmful and it cause no miscarriage and abnormality in pregnancy.
You should keep the baby. But require close follow up regularly to check your health and fetal health.
If required progesterone and HCG injection should be given to prevent miscarriage. Avoid weight lifting and exertion and take proper rest.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
