Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood the concern. Fetal cardiac activity is usually visible through a trans-vaginal sonogram by the 6th week of gestation. Sometimes, visualization may get delayed and in such situations, a repeat sonogram is done after a week. This is coupled by serial serum beta-hCG titres taken every 2-3 days. Doubling titres suggest good progress while declining titres suggest a failed pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly. This is what I would suggest for you in this scenario. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
