Hello and welcome to HCM,
Termination of pregnancy is possible till 9 weeks of pregnancy.
At 6 weeks, medication termination will be risky but dilatation and curettage of products of conception is possible and safe too.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, an ultrasound of pelvis and then further management.
After dilatation and curettage the products of conception should be sent for pathological examination to confirm that the removed material from the uterine cavity are products of conception only.

Thanks and take care
