hello i am 21 years old and i am addicted of musterbation so im worried about that not getting night fall since 5 years only one time it occur in my life and i have sex experience also when ever i had sex i have seen that not coming sperm while doing sex so tell me what to do and is that about to worry

You are having masturbation habit and so semen emptied from time to time. So you might not expirience night fall.
If you don't have semen ejaculation after sex or masturbation than you need to consult Urologist for detailed evaluation.
The sperm can be identified microscopically only. So to check for the presence of sperm, you need to investigate with a semen analysis.
