Is Abusive Behaviour A Possibility By A Mentally Ill And Unstable Person?
My mother has a roommate/renter in her house that we believe is very mentally ill and possible unstable. We have given her 30 days notice (since the agreement is month to month) but we are concerned about safety... Should we be worried that this renter will suddenly flip out and do something harmful or dangerous to my mother or to the property??
HI Most mentally ill people are not dangerous nor destructive but if your mother is worried about the tenant she should notify the police is his/her behavior is considered threatening
