Is Accidental Ingestion Of Lisinopril By Children A Concern?

I dropped one of my husband s 10mg lisinopril and i can not find it anywheres we think or 2 1/2 year old might have found it and swallowed it. I called the er they told me she should be ok to keep close eye on her and if she gets a fever or starts breathing fast to bring her in. This was an hour ago but i am lookinh for a 2nd opinion

If more than 4 hours have elapsed since he ingested the tablet (and we are not even sure that he did ingest it), I think the child should be safe.
