well i am sorry to disappoint you but the age at which height increment stops is 18-20 years after which all the secondary centers in the bones are fused so to answer your question no acupuncture or any other method cannot increase your height at the age of 23.

hi welcome to hcm.see after 18yr there are very less chance to increase height because ossification of bone complete at this age after that there are no chance to increase height ,so i advice you don't run on any treatment .
