My daughter-in-law was recently diagnosed with ALL. Some tests have come back with good news, e.g. no Philadelphia chromosone or evidence in spinal fluid. But she keeps running into complications. e.g. pneumonia diagnosed today. Is this typical of the course of the disease? She is in a top notch cancer center, but we still worry.
