Is Administering 4 Vaccines At The Same Time Risky For A 21-month-old?

Hi Doctor, My baby who is 21 months old, had DTaP, chickenpox, Hepatitis A and Hib all together at one day. He had fever for 3 days. After the fever, he was easily get angry and cried very loud which he never did before the vaccines. Is it ok that having 4 vaccines at same time?

If it is under a doctor's advise then it is probably okay. Usually, we don't give 4 together but again practice is different from one to another.
