Is Aerobic Or Gym Good For Maintaining Good Health?
Hi.. am 26 years old female.. I want to maintain good health.. but my work timings makes me so tiring that am not able to do my workouts on a regular basis. I practised yoga 1 year back and now again I want to get into this so that i stay healthy plus maintain a good shape. am not so fat, but slightly getting on to the plumpier side.. is aerobics better or general gym is better? and in case i cant take it up regularly in future, would I gain more weight ?

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that initially when you start doing exercise you feel tiredness of the work, but gradually in a time of month or so you will gradually you will be adapted to exercise. Both aerobics and yoga will help you. Aerobics help you maintain shape, and yoga for health. to reduce the weight initially general gym is good.
