Hi
Welcome to the healthcaremagic
Right now nothing needs to be done for this report.Such reports are many times seen during febrile illness. But only thing is that you repeat urine test after 15-20 days for albumin and RBC status. If same report persists then investigate for any possible kidney problem
Happy to help you
Best regards
