Hello,
Rabies is a very serious, life threatening disease and I suggest that you follow all post injection recommendations to protect yourself. Three months is recommended to avoid alcohol intake. Consult your treating doctor to confirm this recommendation. Plan on two birthday celebrations this year. Celebrate agin in another two months after your March first birthday!
