Is An ESR Level Of 43 A Cause For Concern?

Hii..My age 21..I have pain my belli..specially heart..lyk pain some some..some days..And I tested My liver.himogolbin..and all..And my ESR 43 gm.now 2 days I Eating medicin..its not offf .what mean that?? Any big problem..is thre??feel very scard... heart beat fast..when I thinking about it.plz ans me

ESR test is erythrocyte sedimentation rate. It is a non-specific test and doesn’t diagnose one specific condition. It help detect inflammation associated with conditions such as infections, cancers and autoimmune diseases.
Its levels of 43 must not worry you much at this stage as the rise could be due to presence of underlying infection.
You may get this test repeated after a month. In case it still remains high, you must be investigated further to know what could be the underlying cause.
In that case, kindly consult Physician for appropriate evaluation and management.
