Is An IVF Procedure Effective In The Treatment Of Infertility?

After clomid cycle for 5days , 7th day monitoring revealed 7 follicles one one side 2 on the other , i was given humog injection next two days , IUI not possible so was suggested to try ivf.. i discontinued the process what is the chance for natural conception?

You have followed a process of stimulated ovulation and Humog 150 IU Injection that is used to treat infertility in women.

IUI is used to increase the number of sperm that reach the fallopian tubes and subsequently increase the chance of fertilization.

The chances for natural conception in a woman depend on these factors: Age, diseases of the thyroid gland, polycystic ovary disease, fibroids, endometriosis and even smoking, coffee and tea.

In your specific case, if you have been diagnosed with infertility, the chances for natural conception are not high. Intravitreal fertilisation is an effective treatment in cases like you.

Anyway, I suggest to consult physically a reproductive endocrinologist and discuss with him regarding the most appropriate treatment to maximize your chances of getting pregnant.
