hello. please i have an irregular menstrual flow so i was asked to go for a pelvic scan. here is the result. a non-gravid anterverted shaped uterus measuring (70*52*32)mm on the lxbxap diameters respectively. the endometrium is seen thin both ovaries are sonographically normal both adnexa are free the pouch of douglas is free of fluid collection no uterine leiomyoma seen, please can you tell me what this means? thank you.
Hi, This shows normal findings on pelvic scan. actually more correlation can be done with your age and proper menstrual and obstetric history . Thanks Dr. Manisha Agarwal Obstetrician and sonologist
