What Could Thin Endometrium In My Pelvic Ultrasound Report Suggest?
hi i got a pelvic ultrasound done before my period and the report shows everything was normal (size of uterus no fibroid normal ovaries...but it also says thin endometrium with no other indications...)I am worried about the thin endometrium...any explanation?
