Good day! I just want to ask and know more about the result of my ultrasound, can you please help me to understand more... the result says Enlarged anteverted uterus with thin endometrium and minimal intracavitary fluid noted. T/C endometrial polyps. Multiple myoma uteri. Unremarkable ovaries and adnexa. No fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac. Please can you explain more because I m so worried about this. welcome to hcm
please see and understand all
there is enlargement of uterus
there are multiple myoma means fibroid ( a common fibroid of uterus ) in walls of uterus ..some are protruding in cavity of uterus just like polyp ( grape like structure ) ..these polyps must have secreted fluid in uterus cavity mentioned as minimal fluid
rest is ok
inner layer of uterus is thinned out
ovary and tubes are normal
now if family is completed i would suggest uterus removal
if you still need children then drugs as damazol or combined pills are given
discuss with your gynaecologist he will guide you appropriately
if you have any further query then you can come back to hcm i will definitely help you and
