Is An Episode Of Impaired Vision, Dizziness And Dehydration A Cause For Concern?

During cheerleading practice, I felt quite dehydrated. As I made my way to my water bottle, my vision completely blacked out and I felt intensely dizzy. I drank most of my water. Although, that did not help much. So, as walking to my father s car, I had to stop about 3 times to sit or I felt as if I would lose consciousness. In the car, I felt uneasy, my stomach was hurting (plus menstrual cramps), and was very nauseous. Could it be because I didn t eat this morning? Or because of my period? My dad stopped to get me a Gatorade which helped somewhat. I took a nap, and was almost completely fine. Even without eating. So is eating really the issue. I have eaten something yes, but it really was the nap that did the trick. Should I go see a doctor?

Hello,

I don't think yours is a serious condition.

Both, menstruations and lack of fluids and food probably caused your issues.

All you have to do is to eat healthily, stay hydrated and rest sufficiently.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
