Is An Extra Dosage Of Metformin And Tegretol Harmful?

Hi, my name is Cheryl and I have mistakenly taken my dinner pills for breakfast and dinner today, Metaformin 500mgx1, Tegretol 400mgx1 and Valproate 500mgx2. I have not taken my breakfast pills this morning, benztrop 2mgx1, nexium 40mg x1, Metaformin 500mgx1 and Tegretol 400mg x1. What will the effects be and how should I fix this dosage issue?
