Is An Extra Dosage Of Paxil Harmful?

I took an overdose of my generic paxil (20mg) by 20+? usual dose is 1 daily. I felt no effect except for some stomach queasiness? Other than that even though I dont feel any effect from popping this many pills, what kind of damage if any could it be doing to my brain?

Taking an extra dose of Paxil once would not cause much harm to the body.
It might cause certain effects like nausea and vomiting.
However, it is strongly recommended not to exceed the dose as suggested.
You can minimise the side effects by drinking good quantity of fluids. This would help to metabolize the drug as well as help to eliminate its metabolites out of the body quickly.
Kindly take care not to exceed the dose as suggested.
