I take 10mg purblocka to prevent nervousness eg tremble and becoming short of breath when i have to speak to a lot of people and has tense meetings. It always worked. Today it didn t... I really appreciate your concern, it seems that you must be having some psychological condition and for this you have to consult the psychiatrist, for "Phytolism" it is not the allopathic pharmaceutical agent and may not be having any specific dose recommendation, it is effect may be doubtful in condition that you have and for that you taking this, hope this information helps.
