Hi,

PCOS is a condition developed due to ovulation problem. This leads to irregular periods with no chance of conception. There are many therapies which help in getting good ovulation and they can be applied as soon as you get married (ovulation stimulation, laproscopic ovarian surgery to drill all excessive follicles in it) with expert advise of a gynecologist. Till then, you can start taking expert advise to manage your insulin resistance, keep optimum body weight by adopting good lifestyle in the form of medication, diet control and regular exercises.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
