Is An IPill Needed When There Was Semen Around The Penis And At A Half Removed Condom After Intercourse?

Yesterday we had sex...i used condom while intercourse....on the time of ejaculation i removed penis outside....bt i found my condom was on top of penis...and half sperm were inside condom and half on penis..... is there need of ipill......her age is 21yrs old....her periods dates are 25th or 28th....plz suggest.... Ipill is harmful if no sperms found in vagina...

Hi,

Considering possibility of few sperms escaping in vagina, it's better to give her Unwanted 72 pill, within 72 hours of sex. Though unnecessary intake of pill is not desired, if taken without sperm in vagina once, it is not likely to affect her except for disturbance in her menstrual cycle. She needs to be careful while sex for next 2 months.
