Is An Old Lacunar Infarct Of 2 Years Ago Due To Injury A Concern While Experiencing Migraine Headache And Weakness?

I went to the ER for a bad headache and weakness and they took a CT scan. I was diagnosed with a migraine headache that day. The Dr. at the ER said, however, that I had a old lacunar infarct and then I recently founded out it was there on a CT scan also from 2 years ago showing up on a CT scan, I had that CT scan two years ago because I had fallen quite seriously and hit my head, requiring 8 stitches on my forehead going up into my hairline. No one told me I had an infarct then when they took that CT scan. Should I be concerned about an old lacunar infarct, no one else seems to be?

Please note that old lacunar infarct will not cause much problem , it also depends on size and location .
Any way , you may consult a neurologist to see if that infarct treatment or not .
Usually old healed infarct donot need surgery .
Only treatment for headache is given .
