Is Angiogram Needed Post TMT Result Of Mildly Possible Inducible Ischemia?

Hi, My Mother (53Y) been through Echo, ECG and TMT. Echo and ECG were normal But in TMT it is saying mildly possible for inducible ishema. Is itmandatory to angiogram for this.. I suspect the act of Dr, earlier she said every thing alright, later went out n came in. Advised angiogram. Kindly help. -Sharif

Dear Sharif, if ECG and ECHO are normal and TMT is suggestive of mild inducible ischemia than it is not mandatory to go for angiogram. It is purely depends on you whether want to for it or not just for your safety nothing else. Thank You
